Tombow Pencil
Tombow is a major pens, correction tape, eraser, glue tape, and stick glue manufacturer in Japan. Founded in 1913, it was originally called the Ogawa Harunosuke Shoten headquartered in Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan. It started to produce pencils with a dragonfly mark in 1927. The Ogawa Harunosuke Shoten's name was changed to Tombow Pencils, the present name, in 1939. Its logos changed many times: first with the down-positioned dragonfly in 1957, then to TOMBOW words with no dragonfly on it in 1995, than in 2011, it changed its logo again to the top-positioned dragonfly in 2011. Although it's over 100 years old, Tombow Pencils still produces pencils, correction tapes, erasers, glue tapes, and stick glues to the Japanese market.
